All rolled paintings are shipped free world wide. Please note overseas buyers are responsible for custom and import duties that may apply. 

Any stretched gallery wrapped canvas framed or unframed less than 31 inches ( width and height) is free world wide . Please note all overseas buyers are responsible for customs and import duties that may apply

For any gallery wrapped painting framed or unframed larger than 30 inches ( height or width is subject to delivery or freight charges.  

Oversees additional shipping costs may apply insurance is included shipping price

The buyer is responsible for any custom duties and import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Return & Exchange Policies

  • Artwork needs to be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proper packaging is essential for a refund.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Once we receive the returned items, credit card refunds can take between 7-15 business days for the transaction to be completed.
  • Please note we DO Not offer refunds for customized paintings. As your painting will not be shipped until it meets your approval to begin with.
  • All paintings are tracked and insured, so any damage to the painting during transition  will be compensated by the transportation company. All you have to do is contact us and take damage photos and send them asap and we’ll handle the rest.

Cancellation Policy

We start on your order immediately; all custom made paintings are 100% refundable within the first 48 hrs of placing order . After that a 15% charge will apply. After 7 days there is a 20 percent cancellation charge that applies.
