- Artwork needs to be in its original condition and packaging.

- Proper packaging is essential for a refund.

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

- Once we receive the returned items, credit card refunds can take between 7-15 business days for the transaction to be completed.

- Please note we DO Not offer refunds for customized paintings. As your painting will not be shipped until it meets your approval to begin with.

- All paintings are tracked and insured, so any damage to the painting during transition will be compensated by the transportation company. All you have to do is contact us and take damage photos and send them asap and we’ll handle the rest.
